Life projects matter
why life projects matter?
The idea that life projects matter was born out of my own experience. For me, coaching is precisely such a life project - full of meaning, value, and direction.
What exactly is coaching?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
Sounds beautiful, doesn’t it? But coaching is more than just an idea - it’s a process that unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership. It’s a path to greater fulfillment in both personal and professional life.

Why do life projects matter?
Life projects are more than just goals or dreams. They are consciously planned actions deeply rooted in your values and priorities. They matter because they give your actions direction, provide strength, energy, and joy. With each step, they bring you closer to the life you truly want to lead - one full of fulfillment, passion, and meaning.
But... (because there’s always a “but” 😊): Coaching works when you’re ready to act. You need to be:
-
Motivated to make changes,
-
Open to new perspectives and possibilities,
-
Curious about your potential,
-
Ready to invest time, energy, and resources in achieving your goals.
That’s why I call coaching a life project. A project, because it requires planning, realism, and consistency. Life, because it’s about what truly matters to you.
Why is it worth it?
Because your life projects matter.
