How I work?

My approach is based on leadership psychology, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques, and Life & Performance Coaching. Throughout the program, we will primarily use the following methods and techniques:

  • Working with values (value-driven goals)

  • Defining your goal (outcome specification)

  • Working on the levels of behavior, capabilities, and beliefs – using targeted NLP techniques

  • Re-defining your goal (obstacle-based goal) and outlining the next steps

  • Reinforcing positive habits

  • Creating a future action plan

  • Make decisions more quickly and consciously, choosing goals and tasks with greater confidence
